Breakfast was decent, though there could be more fruit options. a fantastic place for a group visit, just a short walk from attractions.

the hotel is in a great location, super close to everything we wanted to see like the mail box and the symphony hall. the staff was friendly and welcoming, made us feel really at home. we had a clean and spacious room, and the bed was really comfy. breakfast had a fair variety, better than we expected. definitely good value for money, especially for a city center.

Had a great time with friends! We visited Selfridges and the multiplex cinema at Broadway Plaza. The location was perfect, and the staff was super friendly. Our room was clean, and breakfast had a good variety. It's close to shops and the arena, making everything easy to access on foot.

The only downside was the toilet paper. it could’ve been a bit thicker, but that’s really minor.

The stay was enjoyable as we were in town for a concert and found the location super convenient for exploring the area. It was a fun addition that added to our experience. the only drawback was the limited coffee options during breakfast. a better coffee machine would have been appreciated.

Awesome spot if you're catching a show! Just a short stroll to the O2 Academy, so no late-night wandering in the dark. Breakfast was a surprise delight – loved the buffet and the comfy beds made lounging easy. The staff hooked us up with an umbrella when the rain hit. Only wish the hot water lasted longer in the shower.
